EARLY VOTING:

Voters can cast their vote as soon as Monday, October 14 – twenty-two days before the Primary Election. Early voting allows voters to vote without the need to provide a reason or an excuse for not voting on Election Day. Early voting ends on Thursday, October 30, 2008.


ABSENTEE BALLOT VOTING:

If you are unable to vote on Election Day, voters have the option of voting in-person or by mail through an absentee ballot. Voters must have a valid reason for not being able to cast their ballot on Election Day. Absentee voting begins on Thursday, September 25. When voting by mail, voters can request an absentee ballot application not more than forty days nor less than five days prior to the election.
